Shipping & Delivery Policy

We process and ship orders on the next business day. Rest assured, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours at the latest.

The delivery of the order will take a minimum of 3 days and may take up to 7 days, depending on various factors.

Please note that product delivery is limited to specific pin codes and locations. For detailed information regarding the delivery availability in your area, kindly use the ‘Check Delivery’ option available on the product page.

Shipment Status Updates

The order has been successfully placed and is awaiting processing. You will receive an update as soon as the order enters the next stage of fulfillment.

Processing
Your order is currently being processed. Our team is confirming product availability and preparing your items for shipment. You will be notified once it is ready for dispatch.

Ready to Ship
Your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. The final quality checks have been completed, and your package is awaiting the carrier pickup.

Dispatched
Your order has been dispatched and is now en route to its destination. The shipment is in transit and should reach the delivery center shortly. You will receive tracking information for real-time updates.

Out for Delivery
Your package is now out for delivery and will arrive at your specified address shortly. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

Delivered

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
We Are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
